We’re excited to announce that Oasis Insurance (Got Toys?) will soon be launching a new broker portal for our Manitoba partners — designed to make quoting, binding, and policy management faster, simpler, and more efficient for you and your clients.

Built with broker feedback in mind, this new platform represents a meaningful investment in both technology and program enhancements to better support your business.

What’s New

🚀 New Broker Portal

Our upgraded platform is focused on speed, simplicity, and control, offering:

  • Automatic Renewals – Reducing manual workload and helping prevent policy lapses

  • Real-Time Self-Service Transactions – Including endorsements and updates processed instantly

  • Simplified Quoting & Binding – Fewer steps, more efficiency

  • Enhanced Policy & Account Management – Everything at your fingertips

  • Self-Managed Employee Access – Individual logins with the ability for branches to manage their own users

Program Changes

Alongside the technology improvements, we’re introducing several program updates for Manitoba:

    • Binding Authority Increase – Binding limit increased to $75,000
    • New Deductible options and discounts – Including mandatory $1000 deductible with discount on $40,000+ units.
    • 3% Inflationary Rate Increase
    • Rating & Cancellation Updates – Earned premium and short-rate cancellation tables have been updated to better reflect seasonal use.
    • Trailer Coverage – Trailer coverage is available for purchase using our two Rider Plus Enhancement options and must be selected to insure a trailer. Coverage will be for trailers up to $10,000 in value.

What to Expect

  • Existing policies will continue uninterrupted

  • Policies will migrate automatically at renewal

  • Training sessions, user guides, and full support will be provided ahead of launch
